What to Do After an Accident

In the event of an accident, make sure no one is injured in the car. Next, check the other car's occupants, pedestrians and everyone else to make sure they are okay. Then follow these four steps:

1) Stay there
Overtaking can have legal consequences such as fines or other violations.
Call 115 or your local police 15 department immediately
They send staff and medical staff to the scene of the accident. When the police arrive, wait for them to complete the accident report.

2) Get in the car
If you are busy on the highway, be in the car and wait for the police or an ambulance. This is dangerous when passengers are parked on the highway or other difficult road.

3) Please think
Do not argue or argue with other drivers. Only change your contact and insurance information. If possible, get the name and phone number of the witness.

4) Contact your insurance company
Call the insurance company to report the claim. Your agent will ask you for paperwork about this accident and give you important information about your car repair.

When Pulled Over What to do?

If you find a police car behind you and the lights are flashing, park your car safely and quickly on the street. Wait for the cop to enter your car and be prepared:

1) Turn on the light
Turn on the indoor lights at night and put your hands, preferably towards the wheel, where the police can see them.

2) Keep your hands visible
Do not place your hands under the seat or in the glove compartment. This may suggest that the commander is trying to catch a weapon or hiding something.

3) Provide the required details
If necessary, give your driver a license and insurance policy. If the police officer asks you to get out of the car, do not move or threaten.

4) Be polite
Don't despair - don't share, share, or abuse - never give a bribe.
If the quote is offered, and if you feel you have been treated unfairly, talk about your place in the traffic court. You may have a lawyer and the judge or judge will discuss with you if necessary.
